By having many years of experience, strong skill and know-how, there are many materials we can cut and convert. Other than foam, rubber, tape and non-woven fabric, we can do die cut for paper, aluminium foil, polyester film, PET sheet, flexible magnet, and more.

Besides die cutting process, we can convert the foam product by vertical cutting process as well. By using this process, we can produce the foam product with angular shape.

Other than the above, we also provide the service of assembly of parts. We can do the coating of primer and apply the die cut tape to the part (ie. Emblem). And, we can also install the part into die cut foam (part housing) after the tape application and do the final packing for the customer.
