3M 94 Adhesion Promoter, also known as 3M 94 Tape Primer, is a liquid primer used to improve the adhesion of 3M Acrylic Foam Tapes. It can be used for the substrates of Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces.
